Baked Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (rotisserie)
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup or substitute
  • 3 boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 teaspoon onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder

Step by Step Instructions

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350. 

STEP 2
Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish.
STEP 3
Top with half sleeve of Ritz crackers or crushed pototo chips.
STEP 4
Bake 30 minutes.
