Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup

Substitute for can soup.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 3 Tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (1/2 boullion cube, 1/2 cup water)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt and pepper

Step by Step Instructions

STEP 1
Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat, add flour until thickened. Add chicken stock and mix until smooth, add milk.

STEP 2
Simmer until thick. Remove from heat, add salt and pepper.
