Squash Casserole II
Ingredients
- 3 lbs yellow squash, sliced
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 pkg Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 large sweet onion sliced
- 2 oz. pimento
- 2 grated carrots
- salt and pepper
