Tiramisu Ingredients 1 & 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream 8 oz. container mascarpone cheese 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1 large cup cold expresso 2 Tablespoons rum or Kahua 1 pkg Lady Fingers Cocoa powder Step by Step Instructions STEP 1Add whipping cream to mixing bowl and beat on medium, slowly adding sugar and vanilla. Beat until peaks form, then add mascarpone and mix just until combined. Set aside. STEP 2 Mix coffee and liqueur in a shallow bowl. Quickly dip lady fingers (don’t soak) on both sides and lay them in a single layer on the bottom of an 8×8 dish. .STEP 3Smooth half of the whipping cream mixture over the top. Add another layer of dipped lady fingers. Top with layer of whipping cream mixture STEP 4 Dust cocoa powder generously on top. (I use a mesh strainer to sift it over the top. STEP 5 Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or longer.
