Strawberry Pie

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

  • 1 pie shell
  • 6 cups (2 containers) strawberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • cream cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1 – Bake an empty pie shell and cool

2 – Spread soft Cream Cheese over bottom of shell

3 – Wash 6 cups (2 containers) of strawberry and remove stems, dry

4 – Place nicest berries, cut side down into cream cheese.

5 – Slice and mash remaining berries, add to a cooking pot with sugar, cornstarch

and 1/2 cup water

6 – Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Boil 1 minute

7 – Pour over berries and chill 3 hours
