Squash Casserole I

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. mild cheddar
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 stick butter

Step by Step Instructions

STEP 1
Steam sliced squash until just tender.

STEP 2
Mix soup and sour cream, add squash and cheese, mix.
STEP 3
Layer half crushed crackers, then squash mixture, then remaining crackers.
STEP 4
Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
