Tomato Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 8 green onions
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 T. salt
  • 1 t. pepper
  • 1 t. basil
  • 1 t. oregano
  • 1 cup small butterbeans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 3 pototoes, cubed
  • 6 carrots, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
Saute first 4 ingredients.

Add remainder and cook on low till vegetables are tender.
