Tomato Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 2 T. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 8 green onions
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 T. salt
- 1 t. pepper
- 1 t. basil
- 1 t. oregano
- 1 cup small butterbeans
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup green beans
- 3 pototoes, cubed
- 6 carrots, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
Saute first 4 ingredients.
Add remainder and cook on low till vegetables are tender.
