Instant Pot Vegan Cauliflower Soup Ingredients 4 cups vegetable stock 1 head cauliflower, roughly chopped 2 potatoes, peeled & chopped 2 carrots, peeled & chopped 1 onion, roughly chopped salt & pepper to taste 1/4 cup olive oil STEP 1Combine all except oil in Instant Pot.
