Jani’s Gaspacho

Ingredients

  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 6 large vine ripe tomatoes
  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 4 dashes Tabasco
  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup cold water

Step by Step Instructions

STEP 1
Pulverize in cuisinart or blender, starting with first 3 ingredients, then add tomatoes. Add cucumbers and stop when corsely chopped. Add seasonings and mix well.

STEP 2
Chill.
