Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup oat or other milk
- 1 T peanut butter
- 1 T cocoa powder
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve right away.
