Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup packed fresh spinach
  • 1 cup water (or oat milk)
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • (1/2″ knob fresh ginger)

Instructions

Blend, starting with the fresh and spinach and liquid, blend till green juice, then add frozen and remaining ingredients.
