Fish Tacos w/Slaw

Ingredients

  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 6 planko-breaded tilapia fillets

FISH SAUCE

  • 3 Tablespoons mayo
  • 3 Tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 lime/juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha

SLAW

  • 3 cups shredded cabbage slaw
  • 1 cup shredded dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon dill pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon season salt

Step by Step Instructions

STEP 1
Mix slaw. Mix Fish Sauce

STEP 2
Bake fish 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes.
STEP 3
Warm tortillas in frying pan.
