Sweet Potato Pie

INGREDIENTS

• 2 cup (2 large) sweet potatoes
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Dash cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven 400

1 – Bake and cool sweet potatoes, mash.

2 – Combine all ingredients, mix with electric mixer and pour into pie shell. Bake 30 minutes.

[Piece pie shell all over with fork and prebake slightly first]
