Key Lime Pie

INGREDIENTS

CRUST

  • 1 pkg Pecan Shortbread Cookies, crushed
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted

FILLING

  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

TOPPING

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 T. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 t. vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

PREHEAT OVEN 350

1 – Mix and press cookies crumbs and butter into pie plate

2 – Combine condensed milk, lime juice and sour cream

3 – Pour filling into crust and bake 5-8 minutes.

4 – Refrigerate until set.

4 – Beat cream with sugar and vanilla, spread on cooled pie.
