Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients

Fruit

      • 4 cups fresh fruit (peaches, berries, cherries, ect)

      •  1 T cornstarch

      • 1/4 cup sugar

      • 1 t. lemon juice

Crust

    • 1 cup almond flour, 3/4 cup regular flour
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1- 1/2 t. baking powder
    • 1/2 t. salt
    • 4 T butter
    • 1 cup almond milk
    • 1 t. vanilla

Step by Step Instructions

STEP 1

Preheat oven 350.

STEP 2

Gently combine fruit, sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice. Place in bottom of baking pan.

STEP 3

Whisk crust ingredients, first dry, then add wet and cut in butter. Pour over fruit.

STEP 4

Bake 45 minutes – hour or until golden brown and topping is cooked through.
