Egg Custard

Ingredients

  • 2  & 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350. Place 6 custard cups in a large baking pan, fill will hot water surrounding cups.

Whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla, salt and sugar. Pour into cups and top with nutmeg.

Bake 45 minutes or until set.
