Blueberry Pie
INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 cups fresh berries (or any fresh fruit)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 & 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- Dash of cinnamon
- 2 unbaked pie shells
- 2 Tablespoons butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven 450
1 – Combine berries, sugar, flour, cinnamon and lemon juice and let stand 15 minutes.
2 – Pour fruit mixture into pieshell, dot with butter and top with second crust.
3 – Bake 10 minutes at 450, then reduce heat to 350 and cook 30 minutes longer.
