Pecan Crescents

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup butter
  • 6 Tablespoons confectionary – powdered sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 & 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 & 1/2 cups chopped pecans

INSTRUCTIONS

Makes 2 & 1/2 dozen.

1 – Cream butter, add sugar and vanilla.

2 – Add flour and mix. Stir in pecans.

3 – Shape into crescents & bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

4 – Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
