Poppy Seed Chicken
Ingredients
- Rotisserie Chicken, deboned
- 1 – 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 t. Worcestershire
- 1 T. poppy seeds
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- salt & pepper
- 1 stalk minced celery
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, butter
Instructions
Debone chicken into bite size pieces.
Mix soup, sour cream and all seasonings, mix with chicken.
Crush Ritz crackers and mix with 2 T. melted butter. Top chicken mixture and sprinkle with more poppy seeds.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
