Poppy Seed Chicken

Ingredients

  • Rotisserie Chicken, deboned
  • 1 – 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1 t. Worcestershire
  • 1 T. poppy seeds
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 stalk minced celery
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, butter

Instructions

Debone chicken into bite size pieces.

Mix soup, sour cream and all seasonings, mix with chicken.

Crush Ritz crackers and mix with 2 T. melted butter. Top chicken mixture and sprinkle with more poppy seeds.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
