Creamy Chicken Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 1 T butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 t. ground cumin
  • 8 tortillas
  • 2 (4 oz) cans chopped green chiles, drained
  • 3 cups stredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar
  • 1 cup shredded Monteray Jack cheese

Step by Step Instructions

STEP 1

Grease 9×12 baking dish

STEP 2

Melt butter over medium heat, cook and stir onion until tender, about 5 min. Mix in soup, sour cream and cumin util combined.

STEP 3

Mix half of white sauce with chicken and one can of chiles.

STEP 4

Roll chicken and cheese into tortillas, fold and place in dish, open side down.

STEP 5

Mix remaining white sauce with 2nd can of chiles and pour over tortillas, top with remaining cheese.

STEP 6

Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
