Chicken Caribbean

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 3 skinless, boneless, chicken breasts, halved
  • 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  • 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 & 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1 – In dutch oven, over med-high heat, cook chicken in butter

2 – Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken

3 – Heat to boil, reduce to low, cover and cook 30 minutes

4 – Serve over rice
