Chicken Caribbean
INGREDIENTS NEEDED
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 3 skinless, boneless, chicken breasts, halved
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1 – In dutch oven, over med-high heat, cook chicken in butter
2 – Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken
3 – Heat to boil, reduce to low, cover and cook 30 minutes
4 – Serve over rice
