Cashew Chicken
INGREDIENTS NEEDED
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 cup cashew nuts
- 1 Tablespoon oil or butter
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 package snowpeas
- 1 bunch brocolli, chopped
- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 sweet onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- Teriyaki sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
1 – Slice chicken breasts and marinate in Teriyaki sauce for an hour or more in the refrigerator
2 – Wash and chop vegetables
3 – In large dutch oven or wok, cook chicken
4 – Add cashew nuts and brown
5 – Add vegetables stir and saute until tender
6 – Add Teriyaki sauce to taste
7 – Serve over rice
