Yogurt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 & 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 & 1/2 t. baking powder
  • 1/2 t. baking soda
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 t. vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Combine.

Pour into the pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Coll 10 minutes and remove to a wire rack to cool.
