Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 12 Large Mushrooms
  • 1 T butter
  • 1-1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 T chopped chives
  • Dash Garlic Salt
  • Dash Paprika
  • 2 T Sherry
  • Grated Parmesan

Instructions

Chop stems & simmer 2 minutes in butter, add bread crumbs, pecans, chives, salt, paprika & sherry. 

Fill caps & sprinkle with parmesan. Broil 5 minutes.
