Greek Salad
But it’s mo-betta to go to Greece and order it at the little restaurant on the hill before you get to the Acropolis.
Ingredients
- 1 large red onion
- 8 medium ripe tomatos
- 2 English cucumbers
- 2 green bell peppers
- Greek pitted Kalamata olives – handful
- Blocks of Greek feta cheese
- Salt
- 8 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3-4 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon dried oregano
Instructions
Slice onion and place in solution of iced water and dash of vinegar.
Cut tomatos and cucumbers, slice bell peppers, lightly salt and gently toss with dressing.
