Greek Salad

But it’s mo-betta to go to Greece and order it at the little restaurant on the hill before you get to the Acropolis. 


  • 1 large red onion
  • 8 medium ripe tomatos
  • 2 English cucumbers
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • Greek pitted Kalamata olives – handful
  • Blocks of Greek feta cheese
  • Salt
  • 8 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3-4 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon dried oregano


Slice onion and place in solution of iced water and dash of vinegar. 

Cut tomatos and cucumbers, slice bell peppers, lightly salt and gently toss with dressing.
