Ingredients
- 3 cans chickpeas or pkg. Rancho Gordo (cooked and cooled)
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 2 T. fresh parsley, minced
- 1 T. fresh dill, minced
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons mayo
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
