Rice Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/4 cup cidar vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons soy suace
  • 1 cup thinly sliced green onion
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1 can water chestnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

1 – Cook rice, spread out on cookie sheet to cool.

2 – Mix remaining ingredients.

3 – Whisk dressing ingredients together and combine with cooled rice. Refrigerate.
