Banana Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 & 1/2 cups ice cold water
  • 1 (3.4 oz) pkg Jell-O instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (11 oz) box Nabisco Nilla Wafers
  • 4 -5 ripe bananas, sliced

Step by Step Instructions

STEP 1
Whisk together cold water and condensed milk.

STEP 2
In a separate bowl, pour in pudding mix and start to slowly whisk in the 1st mixture until smooth with no lumps – about a minute. Cover and refrigerate an hour until firm.
STEP 3
Whip heavy cream until it starts to thicken, then increase the speed until stiff peaks form.
STEP 3
Add chilled pudding mixture to whipped cream and whisk until there are no streaks of pudding.
STEP 4
In a trifle or wide glass bowl, spread 1/4 pudding, cookies, bananas and repeat, ending with pudding. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
