- 1 pkg cheese tortellini
- 1/2 cup tri-color pasta or macaroni noodles
- 1 can quartered Articokes, drained
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- (OPTIONAL – 1 can white beans drained or boiled eggs)
- Herb Vinaigrette Dressing or any bottled italian dressing
1 – Cook and drain pasta, rinse under cold water.
2 – Combine all ingredients, toss and chill.
