Nic’s Lemon Butter Tortellini
This is how the cookbook started. Nic was leaving for college and asked for a cookbook, with his favorites. The kid lives on pasta, so this was the first recipe. We printed it out, then came the phone calls from the grocery store without a list (hello Ally, for you too.) The web is the solution for finding everything needed on the one item you are never without, your phone.
- 18 oz. package frozen tortellini
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
