Baked Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked (or Rotisserie chicken)
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion
  • 1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire
  • 1/4 teaspoon Curry powder

INSTRUCTIONS

1 – Cook and shred chicken, or use Rotisserie chicken

2 – Mix all ingredients with chicken

3 – Top with more crumbled Ritz crackers or crushed potato chips

4 – Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, serve with rice.
