Dill Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 6-8 large potatoes
  • 3 boiled eggs (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup dill relish plus 1 tablespoon juice
  • 1 & 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Step by Step Instructions

STEP 1
Peel and cube potatoes. Cover with water and boil until tender – about 15 minutes. 

STEP 2
If adding eggs, cover with water in a small saucepan, bring to a boil, then turn off and cover. Let steep for 15 minutes.
STEP 3
Mix remaining ingredients. Add eggs and drained potatoes while still hot. Mix.
STEP 4
Refrigerate.
